Buying Costs Explained

After a careful search, you will finally find the property which ticks all your boxes. Then after your decision, you need to know the next steps.

Once the price has been negociated and agreed, it will be required to make a purchase contract and pay a deposit, therefore securing the property in your own name. It would be usual to carry on one staged payment between the contract sign and completion, but don't worry, because we are going to explain you your contractual obligations and enter into negotiations on your behalf.

Most of the organisation and paperwork needed to the signing of the deeds will be taken care of, for you, by us. On the other side, it is important that you really understand carefully from the buying process, the expenses that arise from it in Spain. They could be very different from what your are used to in your country and if you get it wrong, it could end up catching you.
